After spending his formative years as a chef in some of London’s most critically acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants, and then delivering that same level of food onboard UHNWIs yachts and then at the America’s cup in Valencia, our CEO, Daniel Hulme, had a vision that has taken him to where he is now.

I realised that there was no reason that the world’s discerning palates could not have the quality of food they are used to in the restaurants and super yachts I used to work for, on board their jets. After developing a menu, along with a system of picture guides for you to follow (we realised that the main difference on board a jet was that there was no one to help the flight attendant plate up), we knew we couldn’t emulate the best international cuisine so we partnered with some of London’s top restaurants; Sumosan, China-Tang, Tamarind and Maroush to name a few, to ensure that your favourite food is delivered just as it would be served in-house.

Since then we have gone from strength to strength. Building new bespoke facilities at Stansted and Farnborough Airports, gaining our 5 Star rating from the Food inspectors and now opening one of the only Halal certified private jet catering kitchens in the UK.

It is this mentality of doing the seemingly impossible that has driven On Air Dining and I thank all members of my team here for driving my vision to where we are now. Of course, we would not be here without you, coming back to us time and time again. Thank you, and safe flying.

We can deliver catering and concierge requests 24/7 to airports throughout the UK. Our Customer Experience Team is available to take orders between 0700 and 2200, 7 days a week.

Based at London’s Stansted and Farnborough Airport On Air Dining is well situated to deliver to all airports in the United Kingdom. As a DFT Directed Supplier with our fleet of fully refrigerated vans and high-loaders, we are able to deliver to all London airports: LHR, LTN, LGW, LCY, NHT, FAB, BQH, and from Southampton to Liverpool or even Battersea London Heliport.
