New to the blog series, we at On Air Dining would love to introduce you to the range of high profile restaurants, operating across the capital, that we have engaged with and partnered.

We hope you’re beginning to understand the passion we put into our food and the quality that we strive to deliver here at On Air Dining. So it should come as no surprise to hear that each of our partner restaurants bring a delectable range of luxury dining experiences.

Included in the line up is China Tang, located at the Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair. Conceived by Sir David Tang, the exclusive restaurant offers the best and most authentic Cantonese food.

Tamarind is another option, which was the first Indian restaurant in the world to have been recognised with a Michelin star. Tamarind dishes are all distinctively derived from traditional moghul cuisine where fish, meat and game are cooked in the authentic tandoor oven.

Daniel Hulme is very passionate about the partnerships On Air Dining has built up with these restaurants and says: “We are really excited by our partner restaurants, such as the amazing China Tang and Tamarind, as they enable us to offer customers a really sensational range of fine dining with exquisite drink options to complement any meal.”

“All restaurant food is collected by one of our concierge and logistics operatives in a refrigerated van which it is then brought back to the On Air Dining facility to be blast chilled and re-packaged into our own unique packaging system for the ultimate dining pleasure of our clients.”
